  1. Introduction
    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SELA digital platforms (the "Platforms"), including but not limited to Boulevard District, Boulevard World, The Venue, Kingdom Arena Websites, and Sela Destination Management Company. By accessing or using the Platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platforms.
     
  2. Eligibility
    Use of the Platforms is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who possess parental or guardian consent. By using the Platforms, you represent that you meet these criteria.
     
  3. User Accounts
    To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
    1. Provide Accurate Information: All registration information submitted by you must be current, complete, and accurate.
    2. Maintain Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other account credentials.
    3. Notify Us of Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately upon any unauthorized use of your account.

    All content available on the Platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SELA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

    You agree not to:
    1. Use the Platforms for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    2. Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
    3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platforms or computer systems connected to the Platforms.
       
  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SELA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of the use or inability to use the Platforms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
     
  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SELA, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platforms or violation of these Terms.
     
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.
     
  9.  Changes to Terms
    SELA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Platforms. Your continued use of the Platforms following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
